OMG THIS!! I get so roiled about the fact that he has worked his ass off during his entire career and played some bloody amazing roles and he doesn’t even get recognized for it. Yet when some stupid young actor/actress comes along having done one movie about some stupid irrelevant shit, oh brilliant they get the Oscar. Did you guys not see his face when he was nominated? You could see in his eyes how much he wanted that Oscar, just to be recognized - to know that people appreciate all he’s done and the roles he’s played. His face when they didn’t say his name, that was heart-breaking. I love Leo to pieces and it completely breaks my heart that he can’t get what he deserves.
